WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
All orders are aimed to be shipped out as soon as possible - our products are slowly in high demand as offers are drawn from every corner and as soon as they are processed in our system, they are shipped. A percentage of our inventory is custom made to each order and this helps us provide the best quality for our customers.
Order processing times are usually done on the same day but at most, it should take within 1-2 Working Days
Delivery times vary based on the availability of the product and the order location, local delivery is within 5 days, and overseas shipping may vary from 4-12 working days for all orders that require international shipping.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We aim for you to be happy with every purchase you make from us but if, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to Refund your product. This only applies within 7 days of receiving the item.
All items must be in unused condition - they cannot be damaged or have any unusual smells. They must also be sent with the original packaging attached to them.
Customers are responsible for any sending fees.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We absolutely do - all of our products ship worldwide however we seldom have some problems shipping to Africa.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Shipping times are mainly based on the order location and is also based on the shipping method, overseas shipping may vary from 4-12 working days for all orders that require international shipping.
WILL I NEED TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?
In some cases, you may be required to pay duties and taxes but this is never from us but is based on the laws of your country of residence.
